You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be 18 years or older to create an account with a paid subscription.

Children may use the Service under appropriate adult supervision.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We offer a 90-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an annual subscription of £49 per year.

Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.

We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. Any price changes will only take effect at your next billing cycle, and you will be given at least 30 days’ notice. You may cancel during the notice period to avoid the new price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at subscriptions@primarypeportal.co.uk. Please include your name and account email address.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription.

All materials provided as part of the Service—including visuals, lesson resources, videos, text, and branding—are the property of Primary PE Portal or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

You may be able to upload or submit content (e.g. school names, lesson notes, etc.). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity. You may also terminate your account by cancelling your subscription via email.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primary PE Portal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
